Locustbrae Farm was purchased in 1944 and has now been worked by three generations of the MacCrea family. Rory and Debra MacCrea received three heifers as a wedding gift in 1978, beginning the family farming operation. The farm is located in the picturesque foothills of the Appalachian mountains where many Scottish traditions are upheld, including the enchanting sound of bagpipes.
This year we have divided the cows between our herd sires.
