Our Herd Sire for 2009 calving will be:

Locustbrae's Sealgair Riabhach

Locustbrae's Sealgair Riabhach

We pulled the bull in July last year so we didn't have many calves this year, but the 3 we got look great!!

Sealgair was sent for beef so that we could make room for our 2 new herd sires.

Introducing our new 2 new Herd sire's for 2010 Calving

Toiseach Mac Chailein of Locustbrae

Toiseach Mac Chailein of Locustbrae

In Unique Acres typical breeding for "Traditional Highlands" we are proud to introduce Toiseach Mac Chailein of Locustbrae
We bred Toiseach's dam Unique Acres Mac's Irene to our bull Chailein Riabhach of Locustbrae
41,229 (he is now Herd sire at What a View Farm.)
for Jess & Ruth Brown of Unique Acres along with a few other heifers of theirs & then later purchased her as a bred heifer.

Toiseach is the last bull being registered from Jess & Ruth's breeding program.
We are proud that we were a part of their breeding program & own the last bull of their fine breeding for "Traditonal values".
